I initially used it around 4 times a day, once I saw my desired results I reduced my frequency. I still use it to ensure I maintain my appetite & weight.

How do you store it?

I just store it on my shelf at room temperature and it’s fine.

Some extra advice, I suggest that in order to gain weight and keep a toned body, that you exercise and eat healthy while taking the syrup. :D
